Short Bio

Paulo H. L. Rettore is currently a scientist at Fraunhofer FKIE in Bonn, Germany. Sitting with the Communication Systems Department (KOM), he has been focused on measure the performance bounds of tactical systems over ever-changing scenarios. He received his BSc. in computer science at Pedro Leopoldo University - Brazil in 2009. In sequence, the MSc. at the Federal University of São Carlos - Brazil in 2012. Before starting his Ph.D. he was a professor at the State University of Minas Gerais in 2012 and at the Federal Institute of São Paulo in 2013. Then, he got his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in 2014-2019, Brazil. His research interests include Computer Networks, Mobile Ad-hoc Networks, Tactical Networks, Software-defined Networking, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Smart Mobility, Internet of Things, and Heterogeneous Data Fusion.
